As a qualified Health Coach with over 30 years experience in
teaching and education and a lifelong passion for nutrition and health, I offer individual
health coaching, health and wellbeing group workshops and bespoke corporate programmes.
Health coaching may be for you if you want to improve any
aspects of your health that are negatively impacting your daily life, you want to understand the
root cause, and are ready to create healthy, doable and sustainable daily habits.
Group health and wellbeing workshops are available for
groups of up to 10 people. Popular workshops include Decoding Stress, Decoding Menopause and Gut &
Brain Health.
Bespoke corporate programmes can be designed to cover
different areas relevant to the organisation and requirements of the participants.
Every individual's journey to optimal health is unique, shaped by personal genetics, lifestyle
choices, and overall well-being. Your path to vibrant, active living is not about adding years
to life, but adding life to your years.

In a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space we discuss your health history, current
lifestyle and daily routines to understand the root cause of your health issues.
From
there we will create action plans unique to you, to start you on your journey back to
optimal health.

Wellbeing Workshops
Group health and wellbeing workshops are available for up to 10
people at a time.
Popular 2-hour interactive workshops include Decoding Stress,
Decoding Menopause and Gut & Brain Health.
Each workshop combines essential knowledge, interactive activities with practical advice to
help you understand and support your body and mind.
£500 for 2 hours and max 10 participants
Bespoke Corporate Workshops
Bespoke programmes can be designed to cover any of the following
areas or a combination of 2 - 3: Decoding Stress, Decoding Menopause,
Gut & Brain Health and Healthy Ageing. Theses will be designed
around the requirements of the organisation and needs of the participants.
The workshops can be designed as 1 hour, 2 hour and half day programmes.
Stress, poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle impact employees health and productivity. An
organisation which prioritises health optimisation in the workplace will find these workshops
can
contribute to building a more positive culture.
